Win Automation

Gone are the old days of doing the mundane PC tasks manually. While the computer has revolutionized and modernized the way the office worker does things, there’s still the fact that the process that they follow is not optimized for efficiency. Some things take up unnecessary time, like organizing and renaming files, among others. If there is a way to speed up the process for the individual, then productivity will see a much-needed boost as a person can accomplish more with his time.

That is what the win automation software is all about: increasing productivity by allowing for automation of small and simple tasks that most programmers are reluctant to work on, finding them too easy or too small to be worth their effort. With Win Automation, you can now create automated jobs and tasks that can help you and your fellow workers greatly in terms of efficiency.

What is Win Automation?

Win Automation has been developed in the face of the need of a more automated task management. It has tools embedded or built-in which allows it to provide users with a means to create an automated work flow. For example, if you are having trouble sending mass emails to various recipients or you eat up too much time for comfort, you can use Win Automation to create a program that will send mass emails faster.

Win Automation can do more than that, too. If you have a task that uses the same info and/or recipients of the emails that you have sent, you can create an automated job or task that allows you to perform that task right away without having to manually enter the information again.

Do I Have to Learn Programming to use winautomation?

Winautomation uses the same understanding of workflow and logic that programming languages requires its coders to have. However, that’s where the similarity ends for the two. While indeed Winautomation is a programming language on its own – it uses a compiler to convert the tasks to .exe files – one only needs to understand the logic and flow of his automation projects in order to use Win Automation.

Instead of learning syntax and codes, however, you make use of actions in Win Automation. In the program’s visual design editor, you see a list of pre-determined actions that represents actions commonly done to accomplish tasks you do with the computer. With the program, you string these actions together to form a job, and you have your automated task.

    Hi,

    I want to understand win-automation
I completed C#, SQL, Java, long time back,
can you tell me about the software, because I have openings in my company.
    treat this as urgent.

A lot is already explained on the site Jeff. What would you like to know?

The best way to learn about the software is just to go ahead and download the free trial, and then just get stuck right in and start using it.

Start off simple, and work your way up to harder tasks as you get the hand of it. This is how I learnt, and it didn’t take me very long. Maybe 1-2 weeks to get the basic hang of it.

    Hope that helps

Extremely well written column, if only all bloggers presented the same content as you, the internet would be a much better place.
